offline E-Card reader

Built an e-Card chipcard (http://www.chipkarte.at
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-card_(Chipkarte)) offlinereader based
only on .net code .... using
http://www.codeproject.com/KB/smart/SmartcardFmwk.aspx.
Until now i am able to read Social insurance number, Brithdate, First-,
Lastname and Sex.

if you get a cad plan in pdf format you have a problem: Pdf can not be loaded in most cad programs. I used pstoedit to solve this problem. Pstoedit is a free tool to convert pdfs to dxf.
